Cup pudding
strawberry and chocolate

Back

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of zero (or normal) strawberry-flavored gelatin;

  • 3 natural solid yogurts;

  • 4 to 6 squares of chocolate to taste (I used 70% cocoa chocolate);

  • 3 strawberries;

  • Water.

Preparation Method

  1. Dilute the bag of gelatin in the recommended amount and let it cool;

  2. Mix the 3 natural solid yogurts into the gelatin with a wire stick;

  3. When homogeneous, pour the contents into 3 glasses;

  4. Place in the fridge until it solidifies (the yogurt should settle at the bottom of the glass, creating a layered effect);

  5. Melt the chocolate and let it cool;

  6. Place the chocolate in each glass and place in the fridge for 10 minutes to solidify;

  7. Lastly, add the strawberries cut into small pieces as a topping;

  8. Serve.

If I had 1 euro for every time I heard about how “it's good to eat zero-fat gelatin to lose weight”, I would be writing to you directly from the Maldives, right now...

The truth is that my love for desserts is too great for me to settle for zero gelatin every day, however, I actually like gelatin, and that's why I created a more appealing way to consume it.

Ready to stop boringly eating jello and recreate a delicious, super-fresh glass dessert for summer?
