Homemade granola
Ingredients
250g of oat flakes;
150g corn flakes;
4 c. soup full of honey.
Optional ingredients:
4 squares of chocolate to taste (I often use 70% cocoa chocolate);
20g of sunflower seeds;
20g of quinoa seeds;
20g of sesame seeds;
20g of flaxseeds.
Preparation Method

Mix all ingredients well;

Spread the mixture well on a tray lined with parchment paper;

Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (stirring);

Remove from the oven and let cool before placing in a container.
I love making granola at home because I can try lots of different combinations and achieve a delicious end result, with much less sugar, fat and much more nutritious than most granolas on the market!
To replicate this granola you will need 20 minutes (5 minutes of preparation + 15 minutes of cooking) and just 3 base ingredients.
