My experience with vegetarian recipes is humble, but I have ventured more and more to improve my cooking away from animal products. I care about ethical and environmental issues and try to, little by little, change what I can in my diet and lifestyle.
I was super happy when I tried this recipe and found that it was DE-LI-CI-O-SA and very nutritious, full of fiber, micronutrients, slowly absorbed carbohydrates and protein.
For those of you who want to reduce your meat and fish consumption or are just a curious chef, this recipe is for you!
