Snickers® Bar

Back

Ingredientes

For the base:

  • 150g of oat flour;

  • 2 c. stevia soup;

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional);

  • Skimmed milk/water (q.b);

For the caramel:

  • 3 c. honey soup;

  • 1 c. peanut butter soup;

  • 1 pinch of salt.

For the filling:

  • Natural peanuts (q.b).

For the chocolate sauce:

  • ¾ chocolate bar to taste (I often use 70% cocoa chocolate).

Preparation Method

  1. Mix all the base ingredients well, spread evenly on a tray and place in the freezer until the other elements are ready;

  2. Mix all the caramel ingredients until obtaining a homogeneous consistency and set aside;

  3. Remove the tray from the freezer and spread the caramel evenly;

  4. Then add the peanuts on top of the caramel and place it back in the freezer for 30 minutes;

  5. 10 minutes before removing the tray from the freezer, melt the chocolate;

  6. Remove the tray from the freezer and cut the contents into the desired number of portions;

  7. Dip each portion of Snickers in melted chocolate and add a pinch of salt on top (optional, but delicious);

  8. Place in the freezer for another 30 minutes and then serve.

Snickers is probably my favorite childhood chocolate. Do you remember going to your grandparents' village cafe to buy a chocolate?

Well, this is exactly the memory that comes to mind when I think about Snickers. I missed it so much that I decided to recreate the flavor and complexity of this chocolate through a recipe with ingredients that most of us have at home and that are very easy to find.

I really hope this recipe brings back the nostalgia and good memories it brings to me!

I would love to see your recreations of this recipe. Share with me and our community ♥
